I canceled my premium prescription on Jan 5th, and then was billed on Jan 8th and again today. This needs to stop and i need to be refunded for 2 months of service.

Very sorry for this inconvenience. I've refunded $19.90 for the latest 2 charges. The subscription is now disabled. you should not get another charge anymore.
