    Hello!

We are hoping to begin using the Pay Pal Pro payment option within several of our forms.  I have gotten the necessary API information (username, key, signature) and tested integration successfully.  However, when running a trial submission, the following error is recieved after entering credit card info and pressing "submit"

Invalid configuration: this transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.

Can someone advise us as to whether this is an error within our form, or something on Pay Pal's side?

    Thanks!

Ok,  please make sure you set  up everything correct or that could be the problem plus change the url to www.jotform.com and not form.jotform.com and see if that helps!
