    Submission Missing?

    Hi,

     

    Would like to see if you can help checking your back-end server and see if there is any submission data received but didn't show to us?

     

    Because we have received email from clients claiming they have submitted the form but on our end we couldn't see the corresponding record, submit person should be vivian.so@hkacademy.edu.hk, submission date should be Feb 6

    This is very important to us as they are order form, would be great if you can help check your data log and see there is any missing submission and revert asap.

    Hi,

    Upon checking your form http://www.jotform.me/form/50218415416448, I see that it has only 4 submissions and all of them were received February 9, 2015. You can try checking your form's email history and see if there's a failed attempt or if you received a submission to that specific email, here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.

    I've also checked our mail logs and can't seem to find any submission related to that email. The user might have failed to click submit or had internet connection related issues when he was submitting the form.
