You are using our default firstname.lastname@example.org. This shouldn't create any issues to the form, but if that's the case, you can add your own email address as the sender email through the SMTP or Mandrill methods:
I personally recommend Mandrill so limits won't be a problem in the long run. Note that mail servers limit the outgoing emails per day, I guess the majority is 100 emails per day. Mandrill allows you send emails for 12, 000 per month, flexible per day.
