    I am having trouble figuring out how to set up the emails for my form

    Well, I set up the email, so it should be sending the Notification emails to me, but it's not. It's not going into my spam folder, either. Can you help?

    Ok, please use these instructions to guide you :

    1. Go to setup & embed then click,

    2. Click email alerts and add new email

    3. Click "Notification Email" then "Next"

    4. Enter your email address and finish the wizard and click next

    5. Click next again on the next step and your done and save the form!

    Ok, I did all that, now I am recieving the notifications... but I don't see the answers. ( like when someone ticks YES to a yes or no question ) any ideas?

    Ok 1 of the problems is you have so many questions and each question is required so imagen a huge email with all those questions and answers! It would be better to make a HTML report and or just coming back to JotForm to check it!

    Also a jotform support rep will see if what im telling you is correct so yeah.

    Hi there,

    I have checked your form and there was a problem with your conditions that is why you are not receiving any anwers on the checkbox fields. To be honest, I would have clean all the conditions and leave it as it is, so users can also review their answers if you will not hide every filled questions.
