I see that you are using PayPal Pro integration on your JotForm. You can see the option to select the payment by either PayPal or Credit Card. If PayPal is selected, the form will be redirected to PayPal page.
However, if the Credit card is selected the form will be displaying the fields automatically to enter the credit card information.

I replaced the payment option and it works now. The older version would not open up the credit card info windows.
