how can I make my form have 2 pages?

    How to make the first page with basic info appear vs having the whole form appear? I want people to have to fill out page one to get to page two?

    Hi,

    You can split your form into two or more pages using option Page Break.

    Inside of your JotForm Builder

    1. Go to Survey Tools

    2. Drag and drop option Page Break to your form where you want to split form

    Note: User will not be able to go on Next page before required fields are not filled.
