How to solve the problem: My Relaxation CD reviews form is not responsive on my iPhone 5 using Safari

    Hello,

    I am a new user to JotForms. My Relaxation CD reviews, listed under the purchase of the CD are showing in large print and running off the screen on my iPhone 5 using the browser Safari then Google.

    However, my form, under designer shows the responsive preview is correct and shows it fits on the cell phone.  This is true because it was tested on another cell phone and they did not have this problem.  It was sized properly.

    Could you please advise me on the layout for the iPhone 5.  Do I need to resize the font size? OR is it a problem with Apple?

    Hi,

    If the embedded version is not the same as your non-embedded version, there may be something in your page that is interfering with your form.  I would recommend using the iFrame embed version, rather than that Javascript method.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

    This will insulate your form from the rest of your page and allow it to work as it does standalone.  If this does not allow for your form to look as it should in on mobile, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
