How can i integrate a form in moodle?

I did a bit of looking and I believe you can embed your form to Moodle using the iFrame embed method:

Though I am not exactly sure if this will work, as I do not currently have access to anything Moodle, from what I have read, it should.  If it does not, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
