Trying to connect with Zoho but cant?

    I have seen that its possible but I cant seem fgure out how to do it. Do you need a certain upgrade level to be able to do this?

    Any level of JotForm account should be able to use any of our features.  The only things we limit are submission frequency and total storage.  Any level of account can use any of the integrations.  Just in case you are missing something, here is our guide on how to setup the integration with ZoHo:

    If you are still unable to get the integration working after following the steps in our guide, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    ok so i get to a certain point but then I keep getting stopped up. here is a screen shot of where i get to. it keeps telling me to close edit mode but i cant how to do that while still keeping the box open

    Looking at your screenshot, I suspect that the fields on your JotForm are not matching with the fields on ZOHO contact. I've tried integrating ZOHO and I was able to map the fields on JotForm viz., Full Name, Email, Phone and Date.

    For name field, it should be Full Name field from Quick tools. Please note that if you are having separate text boxes it cannot be recognized as Full Name.
