Your support forum seems to be overrun by spammers, so I putting in my details here, where hopefully a real person will see it. E-mail forwarding to my site has become unreliable since mid-December last year. I have not changed e-mail settings, forwarding settings or anything like that. I have checked my spam folder - nothing in there. I have checked for bounce on your site - not listed. Please help.

I checked our email logs and it appears as though your notifications are completing successfully. The only thing I saw that may cause in issue in your notification would be the lack of sender email address:
However, that shouldn't cause the notifications not be sent. I would check to make sure that they are not being filtered to your spam/junk folder first. If they are not, here is our guide on how to set up notifications to prevent bounce related issues:
