My Jotform does not say secure in the URL should I be worried? How do I go about making the form secure? I did not create a username and password is that the reason why? Please help. We need to start using this form ASAP! Thanks!

    Hi,

Here is our guide on how to enable SSL based submission for your form:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Keep in mind that we only allow for up to 10 SSL based submissions for "Free" accounts.  If you are not collecting sensitive information, you do not need to use SSL based transmission of data.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
