Bug: Infusionsoft integration is popping up a blank window when selected

    It would be great if I could have a Infusionsoft TAG applied to the contact record that completes my JotForm


    Is this possible?

    We do have an integration available with Infusionsoft:

    However when I checked the integration, the menu comes up blank:

    In the mean time, you can always use Zapier to complete the integration:


    I have forwarded the issue with our Infusionsoft integration to our development team to have a closer look.  We will update you here as soon as we have any further information.

    Hey Russian Brilliants,

    We have users on our platform who are applying tags in Infusionsoft when a Jotform is submitted.

    Thank you for adding to the thread. It seems however that you did not create integration on our side, so it might be good to point out that - based on a quick look I did, that you accept the data to be sent to you over email and webhooks (which we both support).

    I would however suggest sending an email to support@jotform.com so that we can forward this to appropriate people and might include you for available integrations - such as we did with Zapier.

    our forms are integrated with Infusionsoft via the Jotform site, see:  http://screencast.com/t/hLkk3x98


    I do not see any place to apply tags within Infusionsoft ... do you know if there is a way to do this without using a 3rd party solution

    You can apply tags through the Infusionsoft integration itself.

    Can you please just confirm for us that the issue on this thread - where the Infusionsoft integration tab was blank for you - is now resolved and no longer an issue?
