I embedded my form on my website and it is not showing up on my phone. I use Weebly... is there a way to do this?

I checked your page and it appears as though you have used the regular Javascript embed method for your form.  Occasionally this causes forms to be unable to load properly on mobile, mainly on apple devices.  IOS tends to not play well with directly loaded Javascript.

I would recommend instead using our iFrame embed method:

This should allow your form to load and work the same across all browsers, both mobile and desktop.
