I discovered, today, that the Preview widget does not seem to be working on some computers. It is working fine on my computer where I am running both IE7 and Firefox. But at least one of the other computers we are using has IE8. Not saying that IE8 is the issue but it may be a clue.
The problem happens when the preview button is clicked. No response.
The same thing happens when the record is being edited via JotForm edit.

I tested your form using IE8 and was unable to reproduce the issue.
Could you please let us know if the OS of the machine where the widget failed was Windows XP or Windows 7? I made my test using Windows 7.
Also, could you please try to clear the browser's cache on that machine to see if it helps.

Clearing the cache seems to have resolved this problem. Thank you for suggesting it. What is the technical explanation for this phenomena?

Browser cache is stored on the computer with certain information of the webpages visited so that the page loads more quickly when we re-visit the same website. This helps in not to download images, etc, from the same page again and again. Clearing this cache, would delete all the stored information so that the browser downloads the information fresh from the webpage again.
