How to setup an auto response email

    Hello

     

    I am trying to set up an auto response email to let me clients know i received their email

    When I set it up through JotForm, the autoresponder works but all it does is send me the form i submitted

    How can I make a personal message for my clients to receive?

    Hello Andrea,

    I've cloned your JotForm to my account to see what is the issue. I see that you have setup two notifiers on your JotForm. Notifiers are intended to send the notifications to the form owner. To send an email to the form filling person, you'll need to setup an autoresponder. Please see the following guide that can help you in creating a new auto-responder.

    You can customize your email from the Compose screen of email setup wizard.
