My payment form works great for desktop and tablet. How can I get it to fit on mobile devices?

If you have made it mobile responsive it should work on the mobile devices as well.

Please take a look here to see how to do that: How to make forms Mobile Responsive

Now if you have already followed the steps there and it is still not properly mobile responsive, please let us know what is the jotform and what is the exact issue and we will take a look at it and help you resolve it.

I'm working with Adobe Muse, which does not do responsive. I did find I could change the column width in the design mode. However, when I do that and paste the code into the site and select another way to pay other than paypal, I don't get the drop down information to fill out card number cardholder name etc. Am I messing things up by changing the width? When I preview the form in JotForm it looks right.

It works fine in Jotform. Can you go to "loopsclub.com". For some reason when I drop the code in it loses the functionality of letting you fill in the information to use a payment option other than paypal.

You are currently using our source codes embed method and I think the problem is caused by a conflict between the form script and your website scripts. Kindly try using our iFrame method instead.

I hope that helps. Please update us here.

    Thanks

Some users on mobile platform are experiencing problems. The form "slides around" and is difficult to type in info. Some users do not get credit card fill area when that payment option is selected. Desktop is working fine.

    Thank you.

I can not recreate it 'flying around', but I have moved this to a new thread so that we can properly help you resolve the issue.

You can find the new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/513126 and we will be replying back to it shortly.

I should mention that this does seem as being caused by the layout on your website, but as mentioned we will take a closer look at it on this new thread and see what we can do to assist with it.
