    IM HAVING A TERRIBLE TIME TRYING TO REsize A PICTURE TO ADD TO MY JOTFORM When I post it there is a large jotform add, i want to replace the picture . Help Please. I cant seem to resize it. Im on Apple

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you share with us the link to the form that you are building so we can check what's happening?

    If what's happening is that you would like to update the preview of an image of your form's link in facebook or instagram, you can clear the facebook cache to get an updated thumbnail preview of your form's link when sharing it. You can do this by doing the following:

    1. Visit this link.
    2. Enter the URL of your form that you have shared in the field and click the Debug button
    3. Click the Scrape Again button so it will attempt to fetch new data for preview of your form
