I cannot send anymore the submission emails using Submission Reply Email Tool

    Hi there,

    I am having a problem with the reply function with Jotform. 

    Normally, after hitting reply, the box that appears has a page of muddled text, which disappears after it fully loads, and the email thread appears.

    Now, the text no longer disappears, and if i manually delete the text and attempt to reply, the recipient receives a blank email. I have uploaded a screenshot of the page that appears with the muddled text.

    The Reply/Forward Email tool in the View Submissions page is very limited.

    It only allows up 2-3 emails every 2 hours at minimum. So this is most like the reason for the anomaly and you could not send the email at some point.

    The reason for the minimal usage was to prevent using this email tool as a tool for sending spam emails.

    I suggest you do the Reply/Forward instead of the submission emails using your email instead.
