I am the web designer of www.parvisquebec.com a site with a form from jotform. It works fine but on iPad with Safari, it doesn't always open. On my computer with Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, it is correct.
I receive complaints from visitors living around Victoriaville and Sherbrooke, Qc. The site is not found.
I tried to place the site as a subdomain at www.parvisquebec.jacquesrheaume.com It worked for a few hours and then, the same issue came back. (The site in itself without form: www.jacquesrheaume.com works very well)
I sent a ticket to HostPapa and they say that everything is normal on their side.
Any idea to solve this issue? Is there a hidden interaction between a form and a site ?
I uploaded a screenshot of what I see SOMETIMES on my iPad.Page URL:

Both subdomain and main domain is working fine here without any issues:
But it looks like the error is not related to the form. The error message seems a general error for your website.
Try re-embedding your website using our iFrame method http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. I hope this helps.
