For testing purposes, I've cloned your form named "SUMMER 14-15: Centralized Pre-enlistment Module". I unhide the field baEXRM19a to show if I'm getting the correct value.
With the screenshot below, I selected BAEXRM19A and the output shows "6".
While the screenshot below, I selected all options and see if there's some miscalculation with the field baEXRM19a, it still shows "6".
May I know if you have already fixed the problem? Is the form working when you are viewing it using the form's direct URL? Or perhaps you have embedded the form into a website and it does not show the correct output there? We'll wait for your response.
