How can I determine which embed code I have currently used?

When i go into the Embed Form Wizard, i cannot tell which type i have currently used.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to find out which embed code you have used in your website to embed your form?

Unfortunately it is not possible to find that out from your form's embed wizard. You will have to actually check your web page where you have embedded your form to find out what embed code you have used there.
