I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you are not seeing fields you have added in form?
I did check your form and found that fields are being displayed correctly. Can you please explain your issue a bit more in detail? When you add form fields, is it being deleted automatically?
Have you logged in to your account from multiple location and loaded your form in editor? Please be noted that we have auto save option in editor and if you have loaded your form in editor on multiple browser, one editor will always overwrite the version of another editor.
You can take advantage of our "Revision History" feature to revert back your form to an earlier version.
