    Hello,

    I am trying to track the submissions of a form by first pulling the URL that the form was submitted on and placing it into the refferer hidden field of the form. I followed this tutorial http://www.jotform.com/help/95-How-to-Know-The-Exact-URL-Of-a-Page-Where-a-Form-Submission-Is-Made to get it working and it worked great. Now I am trying to get it to also allow me to add an ID to the link like this tutorial http://www.jotform.com/help/84-How-to-Use-a-Single-Form-in-Multiple-Sites-and-Know-Which-Site-a-Submission-Came-From.

    So what I want is to ultimately have both the URL and ID

    The code I tried is

    <script type="text/javascript">

    document.write("<iframe allowtransparency=\"true\" src=\"http://form.jotform.com/form/12895040274?referrer=&id=test" + window.location.href + "\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"width:100%; height:1042px; border:none;\" scrolling=\"no\"></" + "iframe>");

    </script>

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    It should work well if you will just add another hidden field named "id" just like the way you did in "referrer". I hope this tips give you an idea.

    I have checked your code and it's fine, just try adding another hidden field for "id" and then make a test.

    If you are still having trouble just let us know, we can assist you anytime.

    Hi thanks for the prompt responce. I already have both hidden fields setup and they are named correctly. Neither of the fields (referrer and id) are being filled in when the form is submitted though.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for my late reply, base on my test using "id" would make a conflict with your code. So you should use another name for ID like "YourID" or "MyID" something not "id" alone, this case it should work like what you are expecting for. Also to avoid combining of referrer and id you should do it like this way

    "http://form.jotform.com/form/12895040274?yourid=test&referrer="       just put the ID first.

    Note: please rename also your hidden field to "YourID" as example.

    I hope this helps, just update us on how its going. Thank you!
