The form is not found "This form is disabled"

All form i have in my account are disabled how can i enable them again

I took a look at your account and was able to see the reason for this.

You had several jotforms that were in non-English language, while the jotforms themselves were set as English forms.

I had to remove them from your Trash folder in order for your account to be re-activated.

If you follow the steps there, it will be easy to avoid having your account and jotforms in it disabled - as long as you are not breaking our terms of use.
