    Hi there,

If you accidentally deleted a form, you can check the Trash section and restore it.

Here's a guide if you need one: http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

    Hi,

The thing is I didn't delete it, it somehow disappeared. It auto saved in the most recent version as I previewed it & printed a hard copy & PDF. Can you explain where it has gone to?

    Hello Martin,

If you have deleted the JotForm, it should be in the Trash folder. There is also a possibility like drag and drop the form to other folders accidentally. You may restore it from the trash folder if it is not purged.

Also, if you have created your JotForm without logging into your account, the JotForm may exist in a guest account if you have saved it. If the form is not saved or cleared your browser cache, etc unfortunately we'll not able able to restore it. If you can provide us with the form ID from your browser history, we'll try to locate the form for you.

We will wait for your response.

    Hello Kiran,

It's not in the trash or any other folder, this is so weird, I printed it to PDF, if I send you the file as an attachment is there anyway you can upload it & make it functional?

I tried the Form ID URL however it seems to  be have overwritten by an older version. However I specifically named my file............... as I was writing this I just remembered about the revision history function, God bless JotForm, I got the version I desired.

Thank you for your prompt & concerned response. I will no doubt have another list of queries today.

    Regards,

    Martin.
