iFrame code seems to cause jotform to fly around on mobile devices

Some users on mobile platform are experiencing problems. The form "slides around" and is difficult to type in info. Some users do not get credit card fill area when that payment option is selected. Desktop is working fine.

    Thank you.

Looking at your website it seems that it is not being mobile responsive, which is why this happens.

When scrolling down on it, it is still showing a mobile scrollbar that allows you to swipe the screen left and right making it appear as it is flying around.

For example if someone was to swipe it properly down, it would be good, but if they swipe it a bit diagonally it would go off to show the rest of the site and content right of the jotform.

Is there an option to create a mobile responsive website for you as that would allow the jotform to be shown properly as well?

The software Adobe Muse does not work with responsive design. I had to build a mobile site as well as a desktop version.

I had to build a mobile site as well as a desktop version.

Could you please tell us what is the link to the mobile website then, just to make sure we check every page - the one that would get you to mobile version of the website even if you access it over desktop.

Check it on your mobile device. loopsclub.com

I am still having some issues with the desktop version as well. A lot are not having troubles, but some are having the following issues:

    • The form cuts off or won't let them complete it. They can input everything but then there is no submit button

    • Can't put credit card in

    • Get error when try to submit: Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.

I see. Now to help you with all of the points above, I have moved each issue to a new thread.

The one about form being cut off: http://www.jotform.com/answers/513475

With the issue about adding credit card details: http://www.jotform.com/answers/513486

The thread about having invalid merchant configuration: http://www.jotform.com/answers/513478

OK, I actually did go to it by mobile phone and it works properly for me - the jotform is at the top, not at the bottom as for desktop, but was wondering if you had some link to access the mobile site over desktop as well.

Can you tell us what is the browser that had the issue with 'flying form'?

We have had more than 75 customers reply that they cannot complete the form, and/or they get the message "invalid configuration" when they hit "submit." They are reporting the problem on every browser - Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

Yes, we moved the form to the top of the mobile version to try to help overcome the problem but it persits - on both phones and tablets, all browsers.

Do you know when we can expect an answer? We are losing lots of customers over this. Thanks for any help you can provide.

We will help you in regards to these issues on the other threads that I have mentioned in my last reply, this is so that we can help you with the issue of jotform flaying around, while we also assist you with the other issues that you have.

Having each on a different thread will make it easier to follow up on and raise the issue to developers if so is needed.

Unfortunately I was not able to recreate the issue at all using mobile or desktop, which is why I have asked for the browsers.

Could you please tell me if - by moving it to the top, you have resolved the issue of it flying around?
