My users are getting "form over quota" apparently.

Hi - sorry for the remedial question but I couldn't find the answer in your FAQs... After about 22 submissions I had a user get "form over quota". What do I need to to so that doesn't happen? It appears that Marking all my submissions as "read" did the trick, but I can't tell if that's just a coincidence. I don't even mind paying - I just want to understand the rules.

    thanks!

    Hello Laura,

You see this error message when you reach any of the submission limit based on your plan.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is currently in good shape and you should not see the "Form Over Quota" error message.

Marking submissions as read should not have any impact on your submission limit. I would suggest you to monitor your account and get back to us if you see the "Form Over Quota" error message again.

    Thank you!
