Problem with SSL Limits

    Greetings,

We received your note about disabling the form due to being at our limit on SSL.

It appears that I mistakenly grabbed the wrong embed code, as I did not need the secure settings.

I believe it may have been our repeated testing that made it hit the limit.

In any case, I have rectified this, and removed any secure link from my site that would initiate a secure submission.

After doing so, I noticed that the number of SSL submissions increased from 10 to 12.

How is this possible, as the link was no longer available, and no new submissions were received in the inbox?

We cannot be without this form.

Is there anything that you can do to help us with this issue?

Thank you in advance for your kind help!

    Hi,

I confirmed that the form is not using HTTPS version in the given webpage. I also checked your form and the secure box is not check in the embed form wizard.

I have granted you a one time SSL limit reset, your forms should be active and working now. I think I have a question if the form is also embedded somewhere? Facebook? Secure webpages that would trigger the secure submission even if the form is not embedded securely?

I look forward to your reply.

    Thanks

    Greetings,

Thank you so much for your help!

The form is currently not embedded anywhere else that would trigger SSL, Facebook or otherwise.

It is currently found only in this one location.

    Thank you again!

You're welcome and it's our pleasure to help you.

Well, then I think everything is resolved now. If the problem persists, please contact us again so we can inspect further. If possible, don't delete the submission, that would help us determine the cause of the issue.

    Thank you!
