I received notification that the forms were imported, but I don't see them in my account. Also, my account is still showing guest_50368869232059 account. I have purchase the Premium level.

I see that there are two accounts registered with this email ID. The account lisa.suarez is a free account with 3 forms in it and the other guest account with premium account. Please confirm the information with the free account, so that we can link the premium to this account instead of a guest username.
