"Get PDF" button Unable To Download Submissions

    In our form http://www.jotform.us/form/40405807726151, the "Get PDF" button in the Submissions screen is not working; when I click it, nothing happens. I have tried clearing my browser's cache in both Chrome and IE 11, but the issue is persisting.

    Please let me know if you need additional information, or when the problem has been resolved.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reporting this to us. Upon checking your account and that form, I was able to get the same problem. I'll escalate this to our developers to investigate this further, we'll inform you immediately when the problem has been fixed or if we hear any news.

    Just to confirm, the problem is happening again to this specific form: http://www.jotform.us/form/40405807726151?

    I've tested it again and I was able to replicate the problem, does this happen to the other forms or just this one?
