    "Get PDF" button Unable To Download Submissions

    In our form http://www.jotform.us/form/40405807726151, the "Get PDF" button in the Submissions screen is not working; when I click it, nothing happens. I have tried clearing my browser's cache in both Chrome and IE 11, but the issue is persisting.

    Please let me know if you need additional information, or when the problem has been resolved.

    I've tested it again and I was able to replicate the problem, does this happen to the other forms or just this one?
