form isn't working

    The form Foundation Christian Academy Application is not working.  I go to the link and click NEXT and nothing happens.

    I checked your form in several different browsers and the "Next" button worked fine in each one:

    If you refresh the page, are you still unable to use the form?  If that does not work, try clearing your browsers cache/cookies.  If that still does not work, if possible, try another browser.

    If all of that does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
