I would like to take the upgrade of $ 9.95 per month.
Can you send me a monthly bill for this? (... in addition to debit the credit card)

Thank you for posting your inquiry. Yes, once you upgrade your JotForm account to a Premium or Professional, you can request for a copy of the invoice per month. You can also log in to our payment gateway (Plimus or Paypal) so that you can get a copy of the invoice yourself.
