The resizing is also fine in Firefox here.
We use Google chart tools in Visual Reports, so they need to be accessible from your computer. Here is a sample chart link.

I downloaded Chrome and it worked for a while, but now the image is breaking again when I try to resize the chart.

Have you tried restarting the Chrome? Also, what you meant by the image is breaking again is that it loads partially? Or there's not data? Because I see that you there's an open bug ticket reported for this concern in your end, here's the link for that: http://www.jotform.com/answers/513344. If this is the issue you are getting, I would suggest that you refer to the link I mentioned so that the staff assigned to that particular issue would be informed and so that you will also be updated.

This is a separate issue from the no data available issue and the staff yesterday created a new thread, but did not give me a ticket number. The problem is that the image file "breaks" see below.

For testing purposes, I've checked your reports, and I see that you need to make the chart wider so that the minimum that the chart could be displayed is met.
I resized that last part and made the changes to test for the error. I was able to view the report but not the broken image as displayed earlier. Could you please check and see if it works in your end.

The images break for me even when I try to enlarge them. I also tried saving and viewing the report, but the image was still broken. I think I'm just going to stop trying to use this tool. I'm not having any luck with it.

There is a chance that the Google Charts are being blocked on your computer/network for some reason. You can try to access the Visual Report tool using another Internet Service Provider and/or computer. Also, if you are running any security related software your might try disabling it for testing purposes. Thank you.
