I have tried to use the migrate tool for Adobe Forms Central, but it does not seem to be moving the forms (2 of them). The forms are open. But I have not gotten any message for the import, nor do they show up in my account.

Did you also migrate your data to JotForm? Or just imported your forms?
We have received multiple migration requests and since our import application is processing them in batches it may take a while for the whole process to be completed.
Please allow a few more hours to see if the forms show up in your account and if they don't please let us know and we'll be happy to have another look.
