    Importing from Adobe FormsCentral did not get processed

    Can you give me some idea of how long this will take.  I need to work on some of those forms.

    Hi Kar,

    I apologize for the wait. We understand that the tool is suggesting that this will be done fast, as it is, but as there are a lot of people looking to get their forms and their data into our system there is just as much that we can do at this time without slowing down our current system.

    Having that said, our team is working around the clock to make sure that everything gets imported as fast as possible for you and everyone else coming from Adobe.

    I still haven't received anything.  Got to say not too impressed with your service level!   Not sure I will stay with this form generator if that is all I get for my money!

    I am sorry to hear Kar that your jotforms did not get imported. It has happened that some forms or forms and data did not get imported if the username/password was not OK, or if the email was wrong, but I will raise this to our team working with the import tool to see what has happened and to help you resolve this (as it should not take more than a day for import).

    Can you please tell us if the same email address was used for the import request as the one currently associated with your account?

    Also, if you have requested forms or forms with data to be imported?
