    None of us can see any of our submissions. Having database issues?

    No one can create new forms or see forms that have been submitted.

    As I check your account keithforte I don't see any JotForms created in your account. However, I see that there are two JotForm being shared by another user. You'ld be able to view these JotForms in your account and the submissions.

    Kiran, the forms shared with Keith were shared by me and I'm also unable to see any submissions to any of the forms regardless of the browser I attempt to access it with.

    The submissions are viewed normally from my end. Please see the screenshot below for the same form :

    This could be an issue with the browser cache. Could you try clearing the browser's cache by following the instructions provided in the guide below :

    I've cleared the form caches from my end. Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.
