    hello, i have a form that might or might not require input to all the fields.  Is there a way to edit the final email to only contain the boxes that users have actually filled out?

    here is my form

    thanks

    chad

    Hi Chad,

    Thanks for asking. Sorry but there is no way to accomplish this at this time. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    How long until this feature will be available? as I see a few posts requesting this very useful feature. Another form builder already has this feature with powered by FUBAR ad's your product is by far a better product and I would recommend to all!

    This feature is currently not planned. I have added it as a feature request. I can't tell when or if it can be implemented. Since we let users customize the design of the emails, we cannot show/hide questions when they are not entered.

    @chad

    Your form can use the workaround I provided on this thread - http://www.jotform.com/answers/38682-Conditional-Fields-in-Notification-Email, however, seeing that your form has more than 30 "sections" to be filled out, implenting my solution is probably not the best idea.

    My opinion on this is for you guys to add an option for each text box similar to  "if empty leave off email template" that way i can have one master email form that includes all text boxes.  If all the text boxes had that option then only the ones that users fill out would get added to the email.

    thanks for adding to the request list.

    ok now im throughly confused.  I created a smaller form that is apparently doing exactly what i want it to do.

    http://form.jotform.com/form/12930940215

    When i submit, it is only emailing the results of the items that have been filled in.

    here is a copy of the emails.

    Hello Chad,

    In this case you can try to use the same method for your main form. Please let us know if that is acceptable for you. Thank you for cooperation.
