I'm following up again regarding my forms. I requested to have my forms brought over a week ago, and still no forms or data have been brought over. I have read the forums and threaded discussions regarding this as you recommended last week. Can you provide me an update on where my forms are at, or what the current average time for bring forms over is. I have other accounts I would like to bring over, but need to see if this process works first before proceeding with others.

Sorry about the long wait. Your patience is really appreciated. As mentioned by my colleague on your previous thread, we are getting a lot of migration request which in turn increases our turn around time for import completion. Sorry to say but I am not able to provide an ETA for your process. I can assure you our developers are working to get all your forms and data migrated to your account. I understand that you have other forms pending migration request at this time and I would like to apologize for any convenience this might be causing you.
