Receiving Notification From the Same Person?

    My last two application notifications came from the previous person instead of the person submitting? Please advise what I did wrong?  Previous notifications was from the right person but now they are not.

    I'm not sure what you meant by "came from the previous person"? Are you referring to the Sender Name and Reply-To field in the notification?

    I see that you have setup two notifications, you might be having confusions on duplicate email alerts in your end because you have two that are setup.


    I would recommend that you delete one of them and check your notification settings to make sure that everything is working as expected. To test the form, make sure that you fill out your form and click the submit button, this will give you more accurate result.
