How do I edit information from the submission received for admin purposes?

Asked by karebare1963 on February 10, 2015 at 07:21 PM
I have added a hidden field to my form, and the column does show up in submissions once I have received one, however, I am not able to type information into that column.  Is this something that can be done and if so, what do I need to do in order to be able to type in my additional info.

    Hello karebare1963,

It seems your hidden field "Ticket#" does not have any "Default value". Please be noted that empty fields are by default not displayed in the submission page. If you want to see the empty field as well, you will have to actually enable it. Please check the screenshot below:

Here are the steps to edit the submission data you have received:

#1. Go to your form's submission page. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

#2. Click on the "Edit" button form top right corner of window and you should be able to edit the submission data. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
