Creating a Hidden Automatic Time Stamp

I am using this form internally and wish to have an automatic time stamp when the process begins; however, I also desire to have the box/widget hidden.  I see that Jot Form automatically provides a date and time but I want to have an email sent if a process does not commence by 07:45 am.  Is there a way to do this?  I have figured out how to hide the time, I just cannot get it to auto stamp.

    Hi,

If you are looking on how to create a hidden time stamp, you can do that by using the DateTime Field, enabling the Default time to get users current date and time when he submits the form, hide it so that they won't be able to edit or know the field.

You can also check more accurate time stamp in your submissions page, to view your submissions you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. The screenshot below shows how you can display the submission date and time stamp of each submission.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.
