    Hi there

We have numerous employees logging into the back end of our jotform account to access submissions for certain forms. Is it possible to password lock some of the forms so that only specific people can view the submissions?

    Thanks

    Casey

    Hi Casey,

Yes, you can password protect specific form submission data.

Follow the user guide on -How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

On the other hand, you could be referring to Jotform Sub-accounts.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

You can prevent the sub-user from viewing the submission of specific form by not sharing the View option.
