    Can I transfer forms from one account to another?

    I imported some forms from Adobe Forms, however somehow, they've ended up on the wrong Jotform Account, is there a way of transferring these over to the correct account? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes, that is not a problem, you were probably logged into this account when requesting the transfer, which is why you get the jotforms to it.

    Just let us know the username of the account that you want to have the jotforms moved to although I presume that you would like to move few jotforms from your account to photographybybambi account?

    If so, please give us the names of the jotforms and we will be able to move them for you.

    All of the forms, bar the Springhills Wholesale Order form, would be great.

    Thank You.  The only form that needs to stay in Springhills is this one: http://www.jotform.co/form/50408912069859 

     

    All of the others can be transferred over to the photographybybambi account.  Also, there is a form that hasn't been integrated onto the photographybybambi account from AdobeForms, its link is: https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=zAW*UtJ38rGHUcEBIEVIXQ

    Also, I was of the understanding that responses would be transferred also…is this not the case?  Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi,

    As you have requested, I've transferred your forms from springhills to photographybybambi

    Yes you are correct, but I noticed that your forms does not have submissions or responses on it? If these are forms migrated from Adobe FormsCentral, you can manually migrate your responses to JotForm, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm. You can follow method 2.

    Regarding this form: https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=zAW*UtJ38rGHUcEBIEVIXQ, unfortunately, I can't seem to find it in our migration system. Could you try re-importing it again using this tool: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. And make sure that you enter the correct log in credentials and your JotForm email.

    What have I done…or what do I need to change to get these to work.  This has happened with every form I've tried to import so far...

    I think it's fixed itself overnight (hallelujah!), I've logged in this morning and all of the forms seem to be ok and the submissions are there. Yay!
