I am curious in regards to the monthly submissions that are setup for the form. Does the monthly submission count per form (ie: if we create multiple forms) or is it a general count.
Basically, if I create 3 forms using JotForm...am I limited to receiving only 100 submissions per month for all 3 forms combined or does each form allow me to receive a 100 submissions per month.

A free account in JotForm is limited to recieve 100 submissions per month. It's a general count. You can create one or multiple forms. If a free account reaches the monthly 100 submissions limit, his/her form(s) will be disabled until next month. Your visitors won't be able to submit anything on your form(s). Forms will only be re-enabled once the account limit refreshes, which is on the first day of the following month. Take a look at our pricing page.
If you have any other concerns or questions about Jotform, feel free to ask.

Thanks for the answer. Just so I'm clear, if I have 3 forms running at the same time with the free account, the total submissions for the 3 forms would be 100?
That would mean, no matter how many forms I have setup at the same time, the amount of submissions would be in total of the 3 forms combined rather than individually?

To answer in behalf of AtacanC, the 100 submission limit applies to the whole account and not for individual forms. If one of your forms reached 100 limit then the rest of the forms in your account will be disabled since you already have reached the limit.
