i made only one form and i want see simple but not workForm not found

I have corrected this for you. The phishing filter have auto suspended the form.
But I checked it manually and did not find it as a phishing form.

when i make a form , always you should check my form?!!!
i did edit form and again have problem... plz remove this error for always
i need test my form and want change for better send

Please be noted that we have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.
Unfortunately, your form "question" triggered our anti-phishing filter and your account was auto-suspended. I would suggest you to create your form in English language and then take advantage of our "Languages" tool to translate it to any desired language. hey very bad design.. i need more form and you want always check my type ... this is very cheap

I can understand your frustration. No we do not manually check every form before you can use it and its just our anti-phishing filter. This is to ensure that our system is not used for phishing activity and in turn make internet a safe place for every one.
