This is the second time I am contacting you to find out about what is SSL?

What is an SSL submission - is it when someone submits there email to my sign up form, then that email is passed to my mailchimp account?

Please refer to this thread here where we have already responded to your first question involving the reason your account was disabled which was due to going over the SSL Submission limit for free accounts.

You can easily follow up your threads with a response we automatically send to your account emails anytime we reply to your threads. Also, there is the "My Threads" feature to track these easier. 

Additionally, I also meant to point out that this has absolutely nothing to do with Mailchimp.
