Form Notifications not sending to our email address...

    Hello, our completed forms are showing up through the jotform website, but the notifications are not being received by our email address.  Can you please check on this and advise?  We are using Outlook and have checked all junk folders and webmail as well.  Are these emails being sent?

    ALSO, the AUTORESPONDER emails are being sent successfully.  The problem is ONLY with the NOTIFICATIONS.

    Email notifications are set to be sent to:  billing@nwahappyfeet.com

    Matt,

    It might be possible that your mail server's spam protection software rejects the email coming from our server because the sender email address does not match our servers' domain key.

    Kindly change your notification's sender name and email address to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com" respectively.

    Please inform us if the solution suggested above changes anything. We'll wait for your feedback. Thanks!

    Changing the Sender Name and Email to JotForm worked.
