Emails going into Junk

    Hi,

    I have found all of the emails send through the jot form on my site goes into the junk folder, is there any way on this end to avoid this, or an email address I can add to my address book that these emails are sent from?

    Hi Ruth.

    In Email Alerts -> Notifications, you could change 'Email' to noreply@jotform.com. (Some mail service providers dont like emails with the from field being different to the domain sending them, and treat them as spam).

     

    You could then add noreply@jotform.com to your trusted senders list on whatever email client you are using.
