Is there a way I can grab 20 files that have been uploaded and save to a location on my Hard drive rather than selecting each one individualy?

It is possible to download all the uploaded files by using our File Downloader App script.
This app requires an installation of Ruby on your computer and needs to run through CLI (Command line interface).
If you want to download some specified files, unfortunately you'll need to download them individually. Also, if you have integrated DropBox or Google Drive, it may be possible to download multiple files at one from their interface.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
